Refunds & cancellation

Your first build is free and complete — the real site, on a real address, with your photos and words on it. Nothing is charged until you choose to publish it, so there is no trial to forget to cancel.

Cancel any time from your billing page. Your site stays published until the end of the period you have paid for — the month or the year, whichever plan you are on — and is unpublished after that. We do not pro-rate unused time.

Cancelling does not delete anything. Your site, photos and words stay in your account, and subscribing again puts it straight back online.

If your site was not delivered, was materially not as described, or was offline for a significant part of a month because of us, tell us and we will refund that month.

We do not generally refund a month you used and were happy with — cancel instead and the site runs out the period you paid for.

If you are an Australian consumer, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee you are entitled to a remedy — which for a major failure includes cancelling and getting a refund. That applies regardless of the fact that we are based in Singapore.

If you are a Singapore consumer, your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act apply in the same way.

This policy is in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
