Terms of Service
Last updated 8 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Vybrants — the website we build for your business, the dashboard you manage it from, and the subscription that keeps it published. By creating an account you agree to them.
Vybrants is operated from Singapore. If you are an Australian consumer, the Australian Consumer Law still applies to what we supply you — see section 7.
1. What we provide
We build a website for your business using information that is publicly available on your Google Business Profile — your photos, reviews, opening hours, address and contact details — together with anything you add or change yourself.
Your first build is free. It is published on a Vybrants subdomain, carries a small Vybrants banner, and is hidden from search engines. A paid subscription removes the banner, allows search engines to index the site, and keeps it hosted and online.
2. Your account
You must be authorised to act for the business whose site you build or claim. Where a business is already in our system, we will ask you to confirm a code sent to a contact already associated with that business before handing it over.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you provide — your business name, logo, photographs and words. You grant us the licence we need to host and display them as part of your site.
You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload. Do not upload anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.
4. Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or yearly, whichever you chose — through Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. You are charged in your own currency at the price shown at checkout; that figure is what appears on your statement, not a converted amount.
Prices are stated inclusive of any tax that applies to your purchase. Where Singapore GST or Australian GST is chargeable, it is included in the price shown and itemised on your invoice.
If a payment fails we will retry it over roughly two weeks and email you. Your site stays online during that period. If payment is not recovered, the site is unpublished — see our refunds and cancellation policy.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Your site stays published until the end of the period you have paid for, then is unpublished. Nothing is deleted — your content remains in your account and re-subscribing restores the site.
6. Availability
We aim to keep sites online continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take a site down temporarily for maintenance, or permanently where it breaches these terms or the law.
7. Consumer rights
If you are an Australian consumer, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded — and that applies regardless of where we are based. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
If you are a Singapore consumer, the same applies to your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act — they are not excluded by anything here.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you do not accept it.
10. Contact
Reply to any email you have received from us, and it will reach a person.
